Praying for Peyton
Dear Lord,
I don’t know if You read the Internet or not, but I figure Your ears are probably buzzing thanks to all those loudmouths in Chicago. Maybe, like me, You just tune all that stuff out and go online during the game since, well, it is only a game, after all.
Thing is, God, I’m hoping You are a Colts fan. If Chicago wins, we won’t hear the end of it for another 21 years and that, Lord, would be a living hell.
Amen, thank You and please bless all those pygmies,
VK
P.S. Thank you for answering this one, too!
P.P.S. Prince riffing Jimi on a verse of a song written by Bob? I must have been a very good girl without knowing it!
[Aside by Anwyn: COLTS WIN! HELL YEAH!]
[Aside by Kate: Thank goodness for once I didn't promise to join a nunnery!]
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Linked you, for whatever it’s worth. It’s possible that neither of my two readers do not already know of your site. (Hmm, a rare instance of an appropriate double negative.)
Well, thank you, NK! I’ll return the favor as soon as my Site Guru tells me how to fix the problem that’s keeping me from adding links. Consider it “professional courtesy,” from one lawyer who’s “dropped” a bike to the other.
Not necessary. I have a total of eighteen blog-links on my site. The rest in the pull-down menu or Favorites. Too many links and you get lost in the crowd.
I don’t really blog. I created the blogspot just so I could have an electronic identity while visiting blogs.
To repeat myself, it was a pleasure meeting you.
Was a pleasure “meeting” you, too. (As I just indicated in an email sent to you and flagged for myself to follow up so I can be sure to add your site to the blogroll… IF you have an RSS feed.
)
On further review. THE BEARS STILL SUCK!!!!!
From a Packer fan living in Chicago.
Well, although I’m married to a Vikings fan (who says you’re clearly deluded) at least we’re in agreement on the Bears.
VK a nunnery? ::heheheheheh:: corrupt one more likely… Me I thought the bears would do a bit better on a sloppy field… guess they’ve been playing too many dome games.
Yeah, I’m pretty sure God gets a laugh out of that nunnery thing, too.
