The American Idol Boycott
Since Sanjaya’s still on the show, I’m sticking to my American Idol boycott (and, no, I haven’t had any chocolate, either).
Suddenly, I have Tuesday nights free… at least for one week. How to fill the time? I think I’ll intentionally watch one of the other networks — just to drive the point home to Fox and American Idol that they need to develop some kind of measure to prevent intentional screwing with the results.
And you: what will you be doing?
You can feed your reality habit by watching the Dancing show if you can tolerate the extraordinarily upbeat tone (and Heather Mills). The dancing can be fantastic, tho’ a tad over the top. There’s a good movie on TCM at 10:00. I may boycott with you although I’d like to hear Jordin.

applebees for dinner. They have a new spinach salad with shrimp that sounds delish if they’ll remove the almonds from it. Then it’s rescuing shows from TiVo limbo…
I will be watching Idol because the 7 year-old who runs this house pulls my strings like a puppet. If I refuse to watch, even on these justifiably moral grounds, I would face bitter tears that, as an admittedly weak male, I just can’t face.

My t.v. died so I guess I’m doing a boycott as well. Not that I am happy about it but…there it is.
They did remove the almonds and it was absolutely delish! I’ll order that again!
You didn’t miss much. Sanjaya was freakier than ever with a faux mo and tried to sing “Bathwater” by No Doubt.
Both good singers did Donna Summers.
Beat Box Boy did The Cure and didn’t beat.
All in all a completely suck ass show.
Ah, but the important news from tonight is that Applebee’s serves a shrimp and spinach salad without almonds! I am definitely going to be trying that soon.

No you’re not. It was appalling! Well, I guess that means you are (sorry you missed it) although there’s just the very teeniest chance that someone or other will post a photo of it somewhere. WWHHHAAATTTT is that boy’s deal??!!!!! other than straight insanity?!

I just don’t like almonds so I’m glad they took them out so I didn’t have to pick them out… Good salad however, really good.

I completely agree that I have more time to watch other shows now that I am boycotting american Idol until Sanjaya gets voted off, he’s fricken creepy. This kid is really pissing me off, he has no talent!!! If American Idol can get there heads out there asses and realize that this kid is wreaking there show.
Might I suggest you spend your sudden free time studying both spelling and grammar?
