So, this is Electric Venom on WordPress. I’m so excited thanks to speedy rebuilds, a wonderful GUI and the knowledge that there’s nothing in this software which can’t be hacked and customized. (Not to mention, there are no silly restrictions about how many copies can co-exist on one server or who can install it for whom, etc.)
I’ve imported all of my MT entries, but it’s going to take some time to get the old permalinks to point to each entry’s new location in WP. In the meantime, if you’re looking for something, check out the nifty new archive section under “Old Venom.”
As for browser issues, the only one I’m aware of is a problem in IE6 with the side columns overlapping the main content if your browser window is 50% or less of its normal size. I’m working out a fix. If you see additional problems, please let me know.
Meanwhile, it’s time to get back to blogging… and enjoying it!

I’ve tinkered around a bit with WordPress (I have a test blog running in a top secret location), and there’s no denying that it’s one smooth-running piece of software. On the other hand, I’m just starting to feel like I finally have MT trained, and I’d hate to start over with a whole new package.
Then again, I stuck with GreyMatter for the longest time for the same reason, and I now wish that I had made the move to MT sooner.

Hrm…I’m not sure if it’s a WordPress issue or what, but I noticed that the site seems to have stripped the “~” from my blog’s URL when I posted the previous comment. A dirify-related problem perhaps?
