His wife's obviously willing to live with his philandering - I remember reading about his wayward habits before he was elected the first time, so if she's willing to turn a blind eye to it, who cares? He's certainly not the first guy occupying the Oval Office to be getting some on the side. Openly lying about it, even after he'd gotten caught, and under oath....now, that's a different matter. I didn't agree with the impeachment against him at the time, and I still don't think it was worth the time and effort.
