Somewhere, someone is already using this story to lobby for gun control.
A gunman in camouflage opened fire Friday inside the Case Western Reserve University business school, wounding at least two people and sending students and faculty scrambling to get out. An unknown number of people were trapped in the building, too fearful to move.
Police sealed off the Peter B. Lewis Building (search) and the man was still firing 90 minutes after the shooting began, school spokeswoman Marcie Hersh said.
This is not about gun control.
This, Venom Victims, is about a screwed up legal system in which a deranged freak is allowed to spend an hour and a half wandering the halls of a university, shooting at innocent bystanders, while the police are forbidden to spend a fraction of a second popping off a shot that would stop the whole thing.
