You know, honestly….
Simon has a point about how cruel the music business is. His comments are usually very cutting, always to the point, and he is rarely just flat wrong. He isn’t nice, he isn’t politically correct, and you know, he’s right, if you can’t take that kind of comment and you’re going to stomp off crying because people make fun of you, the music business is not for you.
Mind you, I don’t think his “bush baby” comment was warranted, it was cruel and unnecessary. With that thought, however, I should point out that should the guy have had the misfortune to make it much further, he’d have gotten much worse from the pundits that follow American Idol.
