Unless I’m remembering my Constitutional Law for Journalism class incorrectly, the SC has already sided with the schools. Now I’ll have to go look this up!

I’ll report back if I’m wrong. The case I vaguely remember didn’t apply to political speech, so I may be very well be wrong.

situation: a school is having one of those themed dressing days. This time it is red, white and blue. A kid comes in with a homemade red, white and blue anti-Obama shirt. He is told to wear it inside out or be suspended. He chose suspension. Oy! (HT:Electric Venom)
