At some point, I’m going to sit down and write about how homicidal and angry news stories like this make me feel.
Right now, though, my blood pressure is soaring, my head is spinning on my neck, and my heart is breaking for this family who was torn apart by fucktards projecting their own perversions on an innocent picture of a proud father giving his baby boy a kiss.

Sadly it is not easy to sue the government but hopefully some lawyer will take up their case.
It seems clearer each day to me that the 15% of each party on the extremes need to be taken out back and well…

yeah, it’s unreal. lawyers are out of control… except of course for you kate!
a lot of lawyers are looking to make a name for themselves. i think it was probably an overzealous states attorney looking for a promotion. whoever prosecuted this case should be fired if he was a govt employee.

Such an egregious miscarriage of justice is usually indicative of a zealot’s hidden agenda and is clear example of the tyranny of which a powerful police state is capable.
I have been working on a post about jury nullification today and this case is an excellent example of when a jury of ordinary people should have rebuked the state, regardless of the applicable law.
Somebody must pay dearly for what was done to these people.
