I actually thought about recording my calls with DHL and now wish I had. I know I treated the last rep to a fairly long string of multi-syllable words you can't say on basic cable. Ho freakin' ho. It's the busy Chistmas season so deliveries will be delayed due to the surge in volume. Also, some service centers may be having to staff extra drivers that may be untrained and don't know the area as well as the regular driver does. DHL will be focusing on customer service in 2008 after tying to gain market share since their entry into the United States. Please have patience and understanding. I work for DHL. A client of my business needed a piece to be used as a holiday gift. I order my parts through my supplier with 2 day express shipping paid for.... We are now on day 4 , still no package, there tracking says it just left Kansas (Note I am in North Carolina) I am extremely displeased, because not only have I had to deal with very similar "customer support" nightmares, but then to have them essentially tell me (it will get there when it gets there) I have to call my client and explain my sorrow for not being able to get the item they were going to give as a gift ready on time.
