I mentioned Mexican martinis in an earlier post, and damn if my email isn’t swamped with requests for the recipe. So here it is*:

Shake with ice:
• 2 shots tequilla
• 1/2 shot Martini & Rossi extra-dry vermouth

Strain into chilled glass and garnish with jalapeno-stuffed olives.
