Gin should be mixed only with a small amount of vermouth. If you want a mixed drink, get some cachaca from Brazil and add lime. But if you want something to drink, drink scotch. I prefer Laphraoig, but I'll drink most anything that comes from Scotland. I certainly need an “Income Tax Cocktail”, but the things adults do to good booze is beyond me.
