I love them, too! I'd had one (Buddy) before moving to Hawaii but couldn't stand the thought of keeping him for 3 months in a kennel as the state's quarantine laws formerly required, so we found him a new home. When my husband learned that an acquaintance was breeding mini-dachsunds, he begged for one to give me for Valentine's Day. She's the runt of the litter but so was I -- and I absolutely adore her. Heck, even our cat does, too! Yep, she’s a miniature dachsund. I love them, too!
