It&#039;s all good until something goes wonky with the machine (which happened to me twice, and I only had a dozen items); and then you have to call the nearest cashier for help. Said cashier is serving other customers in the regular checkout line.

So you can see how the idea of self-checkout becomes self-defeating, really.</description>
