Have Patience With Me

The Big-Eyed Boy and I have both come down with a sore throat and sniffles, no doubt thanks to some exotic bug brought from Texas when the in-laws visited this weekend. My sore throat’s gone, although I can’t seem to stop sniffling and sneezing, but the boy’s still feeling pretty punky which means he’s been running me ragged. (Honestly, I feel guilty admitting that parents whose kids go lethargic when they’re sick make me a bit jealous… both of mine turn even more high-maintenance and rarely want to spend a minute of their sick time out of my sight.)

So, the Snark Hunt is delayed a day, as are the results of the Caption Contest.

But with luck the Envenomed will keep you entertained in my absence.
