What, you guys don't have a T1 run up to your house yet?

I guess everyone cannot have the luxury of a home-based IT business.

Not so long ago, when I had a leased line for work (slower than molasses in January, but reliable as all get out), it decided to die on me one day - a nearly unprecedented experience in 5 years of having it connecting me to the office. I called for service and they came out fast - cause leased lines were expensive and big business for them. The guy spent ALL DAY trying to figure out why it wasn't working. From 9am to 5pm... no luck. They sent out the second shift guy, who had been around way longer and really knew his stuff. Took him 30 minutes to fix it, including his time finishing up the paper work... sheesh! You just gotta love it when you get hold of a service person who knows their stuff! Glad the move in went well.
