Interested in participating? Here’s the rules, such as they are:

1. The Snark Hunt will be posted on Sundays.

2. The deadline for submissions is midnight (Central) on Saturdays.

3. The Snark Hunt features snarky, sarcastic, scathing or sassy posts. There are no subject-matter requirements. Even liberal bloggers are welcome.

4. You may submit only one entry per week, and your entry must not have been previously featured in a Carnival of Snark. (You may, however, submit older entries or entries submitted to a different Carnival.)

5. Remember that readers will come from the general public, and many may be offended by your tone, your opinion or your word choice. It’s inappropriate to call those who express their office “trolls” since you invited them, so if you don’t want to give a forum to others to express their disagreement, turn off your comments for that post.

6. You must have working permalinks to participate.

7. Carnival participants are expected to promote the Carnival by linking to it in a new entry.
