		<description>As a federal employee in the DC area, we&#039;re consistently the most underpaid of all federal employees. Our locality pay is about 1/3 what the actual COLA percentage should be. I&#039;m fine with taking a bit of a hit on the LP since the vast majority of feds live in the DC area, but the LP isn&#039;t keeping up with the economy in this region.

Spending is the one area where I&#039;m the most displeased with this administration.</description>

(or, at least, wouldn&#039;t have future payment obligations weighing us down)</description>
