The thing I don't like about Palin is that I'm not her. She's prettier, thinner, works harder and is possibly smarter. I hold this against her. As a Southerner, I'm taken aback by the things people say to me. I had one in-law confess that she was surprised to find that she liked me, even if I was from the South. I've had several of my husband (who is from NY)'s friends say similar things. I guess I have my own prejudices. I don't like folks who want to redistribute wealth but don't even take care of their own poor relations. She's an educated woman who doesn't pretend she's better than she really is, doesn't come across as constantly needing to prove anything to anybody - she simply does the things that need doing by the most efficient means possible. In her case, and in yours, that often means motivating others to do their part and own it (and yes, I'm referring to your new office lol).
