Most models that are willing to do nude work tend to be in the $75-200 range per hour, if they’re reasonably experienced. Some models will trade their time for prints or digital copies of the resulting photos, but that’s pretty rare for nude work.

There are experienced models, though, that are willing to do it for nothing to help a new photographer out.

True, but doesn’t standing naked outside to protest being underpaid seem, to you, a bit like offering an all-you-can-eat buffet to protest cheap food?

Perhaps. I find it amusing that they chose to do this in December, actually.

Ha! At least they are true to their artform! Unlike the guy in my college town named Zevs Cosmos who decided to start “The Nudist Christian Church” – to raise funds for his church he would stand on the street-corner selling T-Shirts. Always seemed a little hypocritical to me.
