I prefer the old fashion boorishness. The new computerized form provides me with too many metrics that people just don’t care.

I can convince myself otherwise when dealing with yawns, emergency cell phone calls, suddenly remembered appointments, and other politish excuses I get face to face. A lack of traffic, on the other hand, is pretty stark.
