In a fit of pique, I once sent a lady — one of those slap-happy-new-to-computers types — a “reply all” on etiquette. Which, as you can imagine, went along the lines of “PLEASE REMOVE THE 50,000 PEOPLE WHO GOT THIS BEFORE ME BEFORE YOU PASS IT ALONG TO 50,000 MORE” because some are worth forwarding but shit, the cleanup involved before you can do so! And she actually listened to me.

That Mother Theresa thing is a hoot.
