My friend and fellow islander Sgt. Hook is on a mission. Not only is he serving our country in Afghanistan, but he’s serving to better the lives of Afghani children as well via Operation Shoe Fly. The goal: to provide shoes for Afghani children, few of whom have their own.
As Daeshii put it, Sgt. Hook and his crewdogs are bringing the hearts of America to the soles of Afghanistan.
Because it really is about the children. Let’s help them all walk with pride.

Having lived on Oahu, I’m thinking we should all send Kate some money and let her hit the flea market at Aloha Stadium and buy a trunkload of rubbah slippahs and send them over.

Amerikkka took away their feet in the first place and they’ll keep losing them because the cluster bombs will be there for another century.
