I wholly understand. These days, cash is the safesty way to live: keeps you out of debt and keeps your identity yours.

You can always pick up pre-paid phone cards at Wal-Mart and mail them to Walter Reed.

Kate, I don’t have a credit card. I can’t do anything that requires a credit card nujmber online. Can you suggest other things I can do which don’t involve buying things online? I am quite serious. I am one of those credit-poor people who rely on cash… and good will.
